Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. She started competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after she quit her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. Her Professional Card was only awarded one year later, at 17, she was a professional athlete. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness competitions at the age of 16. Within a year she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is among the youngest IFBB Pro. When she was awarded her Pro Card, Ariel left for six years from the stage to finish her education at college. In 2015 she continued her path from last year by competing in major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years after her first appearance, setting herself higher goals every year. She won another four fitness championships by the close of the year. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education following her Pro Card award. Her return came in the month of October, 2015 when she made her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the show, she finished with a third-place finish. She won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer 2016 and qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th within the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations before and was very satisfied with the results. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns and pull-ups that are performed using the machine along with bent-over rows. Ariel will warm-up before she moves onto the sets. Ariel will also make the most out of her time. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
