Ina Garden is a famous American book author, who has been awarded Emmy award. She hosts the oldest Food Network program, Barefoot Contessa. The show began in 2002. It is scheduled to air for another 27 years. Ina started her career as a writer at the White House, writing the nuclear energy budget as well as policy documents. Although she initially found the position interesting and stimulating however, she began to get bored. Barefoot Contessa was then bought. It took her nearly 18 years to make her shop extremely successful before she decided to sell the store. She then began to write her first cookbook.
