Ali MacGraw

Elizabeth Alice MacGraw better known as Ali MacGraw is an award-winning American model actor author designer and activist for animal rights. Her movies comprise Love Story (1970), Goodbye Columbus ( 1969) as well as The Getaway ( 1972). New York was her home and she was brought up in an environment that was artistic. She started as a photography assistant and after that she moved on to acting and modeling. In her first two films, she was recognized as a winner of an award called the Golden Globe Award as Most promising young actress. MacGraw quickly became famous following the success of her 1970 film Love Story. She was selected for an Academy Award and won a Golden Globe. She was named the best female box-office star of the world in just three releases. The handprints of her signature, as well as footprints were immortalized in 1972 at the Grauman's Chinese Theater. She was a part of several different films, such as The Getaway Convoy Players and television miniseries The Winds of War among many others. Moving Pictures is her autobiography released in 1991. MacGraw got married to three different people.
